Delete your MyMoBeMap account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and data for MyMoBeMap by CareCentra.

How to request deletion

1. In the app: go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.
2. Or email privacy@carecentra.com from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my MyMoBeMap account". Include your name and registered email or patient ID.

We will complete your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data we delete

• Account profile (name, email, date of birth, gender, ethnicity, height, weight)
• Health readings and targets (e.g., peak flow and FEV1 values, inhaler usage data)
• Paired device information

Data we keep, and for how long

If a patient requests to unsubscribe from our application we will delete within 30 days after reviewing the request. Otherwise, records we are legally required to retain are kept for 10 years, then deleted. Encrypted backups are purged within 60 days from the data retention period. Retained data is not used for any other purpose.
